30K Air Conditioner Air Enthalpy Method Calorimeter Energy Efficiency Temperature Humidity Test Chamber For Household
Charter 1 Laboratory General Introduction
Outline
This air enthalpy method calorimeter lab designed and manufactured by Anhui KingPo ZhiRui technology limited company consists of an indoor side room and an outdoor side room. The refrigerating capacity, heating capacity and other performances of an air conditioner are tested by means of testing the lab parameters, such as temperature, pressure and electrical performance. This installation can be used to test the performance of window type, split type, free-standing type AC air conditioners, and can also be used for other standard operating condition related tests and expanded tests, meeting the need for product sampling inspection and product development.
Also, the lab equipped with special security devices, can test the UUT that use R32 refrigerant.
In this test system, the operation of the equipment is controlled by a programmable controller and a HMI, test running data are collected by a high accuracy data collector, the data can be transferred at real time to an upper level computer for processing, the computer displays, stores, outputs and prints test reports.
Standards
Design and Testing according to the following standards:
► SASO 2682 DUCTED AIR-CONDITIONERS AND AIR-TO-AIR HEAT PUMPS-TESTING AND RATING FOR PERFORMANCE
► GB/T 7725-2004
Principle
► Operating Environment
This test room adjusts air dry bulb and wet bulb temperatures by means of balanced temperature and humidity adjustment, i.e. the refrigerating system works continuously for cooling and dehumidifying; dry and wet bulb temperature control meters control the power output of the heater and humidifier respectively to adjust heat and moisture discharged into the air, thus acquiring the desired air temperature and humidity.
► Test Principle
Refrigerating capacity via air enthalpy difference approach is determined by the indoor side room and calculated in accordance with the following formula:
Where: Φ(c) The total refrigerating capacity measured in indoor side room, W;
qml Air volume of the air conditioner in indoor side room, m3/s;
ha1 Air enthalpy value of the inlet of the air conditioner in indoor side room, J/kg (dry);
ha2 Air enthalpy value of the outlet of the air conditioner in indoor side room, J/kg (dry);
Vn’ Humid volume at test point: m3/kg;
Wn Air humidity at test point: kg/kg (dry);
q0 Heat loss rate of air volume device
Heat pump heating capacity via air enthalpy difference approach under stable condition is determined by indoor side room and calculated in accordance with the following formula:
Where: Φhi Heating capacity of the heat pump of the air conditioner in indoor side room, W;
Cpa Air specific heat, J/ (kg.K) (dry);
ta1 Inlet temperature of the air conditioner in indoor side room, ℃;
ta2 Outlet temperature of the air conditioner in indoor side room, ℃;
